Of course he's serious. Where in game does it say anything about those little features that mean so much about the gun? Looking at the stats themselves don't show you a damn thing. He's right in that regard.

If you think about the hmg - if I hold the R1 down for 1 second I fire over 50 shots. That's... going to kill people. So maybe the HMG just needs a reduction on how fast it shoots by a TINY amount. Tiny CCP, Tiny.
